CONWAY, SC (WMBF) - A developer is seeking to rezone nearly 70 acres of land along Mill Pond Road and Camelot Street in Conway to allow for a mix of residential and commercial properties.

Conway City Council approved the first reading of the rezoning Monday night. Preliminary plans show the addition of what city leaders describe as a major development.
