  • Graduated from the University of Georgia and earned his J.D. from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law
  • Previously worked in private practice in both Georgia and South Carolina
  • His passion for preserving South Carolina’s natural resources for future generations inspired him to work for SCELP
  • Loves to be outdoors, drawing and painting, reading, playing and watching basketball
  • Enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife, Janna, and their son, Felix

The case questions whether regulators approved a noncompliant, high-impact waste site without proper financial safeguards, environmental protections or public oversight required under South Carolina law.
